Get dressed. “My mom always taught me that it’s important to always try to look your best, no matter how you feel,” says Bogdan. “Sure, there were days when I didn’t feel so great mentally or physically. The best thing I did for myself was put one foot in front of the other and dress the best I could. One of my favorite quotes to live by has always been, ‘No matter how you feel, get up, dress up, show up and never give up.’"
